Aussafer Due, ever mindful of the evolving needs of the market, offers its customers the opportunity to manufacture a finished product, carrying out fabrication and assembly work.
Services offered, but not limited to:
- Cutting of tubes and/or open profiles with band, disc, automatic numerical control saws.
- Drilling with multiple pillar drill, radial drill.
- Punching profiles with universal hydraulic iron cutting shears.
- Construction of moulds, forging, sheet metal forming.
- Wire, Tig, Mig welding and if necessary by licensed staff.
- Robotic welding equipped with orbital and/or multiple lathe positioner.
- Aluminium welding.
- Assembly of components and accessories.
- Supply and assembly of electronic and electromechanical components.
