Aussafer Due specializes in high-tech metal processing. We have the largest contract precision laser cutting department in Italy.
The high degree of automation of our plant allows us to maximise its efficiency and develop a very high production capacity in a continuous cycle, while maintaining a high precision throughput at all times.
The company has acquired the most advanced state-of-the-art equipment, the best in the world for burr-free cutting and for their overall technological processing level.
All machines are interconnected to the ERP system for real-time monitoring and constant operative control.
The operational flexibility of the department, based on Lean Production principles, together with the engineering of new processes constantly developed by the R&D department, make Aussafer Due a point of reference in the laser cutting field.

Aussafer Due employs 8 advanced fibre laser cutting systems selected also for their low environmental impact and high energy efficiency.

• Maximum working size 4000 x 2000 mm.
• Maximum workable thickness:
  • 30 mm aluminium;
  • 30 mm carbon steel;
  • 40 mm stainless steel.
• Ability to cut high reflective materials, including copper, brass, and bronze.
• Ability to work material with protective film on both sides.
• Ability to make laser engravings.
