All operational phases—from material characterization to the production of the laminate package—follow codified procedures and specific controls to ensure consistent magnetic performance and geometric precision.

We handle non-oriented (NO) and oriented (GO) grain magnetic materials, certified according to reference standards, with complete traceability of the batch, supplier, and nominal characteristics (thickness, specific losses, flux density). Each processing phase is monitored through interconnected systems, recording dimensional and production parameters in real time.

Process Controls

The process includes structured controls on:

  • dimensional tolerances of the sheet and the package (hole, slots, externals, parallelisms);
  • quality of laser or mechanical cutting, with verification of any heat-affected zones;
  • repeatability of the profile through high-precision optical systems and comparators;
  • integrity of the material during stacking and fastening phases;
  • compliance of reconstructed drawings in cases of reverse engineering.

Equipment Calibration

Measurement equipment is subject to periodic calibrations and activities are managed according to continuous improvement principles (Lean, SPC, internal audits), ensuring the reliability of the finished product for motors, generators, and high-performance applications.
