Reverse engineering

In the context of repairing electric motors and generators, we offer an advanced reverse engineering service capable of generating detailed vector drawings from rotor or stator components, even if they are severely damaged. This process is based on the acquisition of over 1000 measured points along the entire perimeter of the lamination, using a CNC machine equipped with optical control.

The employed technology allows us to "scan" any geometry of the lamination with resolution up to 0.5µm. This capability translates into significant time and energy savings for our clients in the redesign phase of the lamination, necessary for repairing the rotor and/or stator pack.
